This website, www.danqueiroz.com, is run by Daniel Queiroz, who is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy explains what data is collected, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

1. Information We Collect

When you fill in the contact form or a service page form (the pages linked from /links):

• Name and email (required so I can reply)
• WhatsApp / phone number, company, service of interest, timeline and estimated budget (all optional)
• Your message and any other information you choose to write

Collected automatically when you submit a form:

• IP address, browser type (user agent), site language, and date/time of submission — used as a record of your consent and to prevent abuse
• How you reached the site: the referring website’s domain (e.g. instagram.com), campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and whether you came through the /links page. This only tells me which channel brought you; it is not used to track you on other sites

When you submit a testimonial: name, role, company and the text you write. Testimonials are only published after review.

2. Why We Use It (Legal Bases)

• To reply to you, understand your project and prepare a proposal — based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I) and on steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 7, V)
• To organise your request in my CRM (see ClickUp below), so it is followed up and not lost — same legal bases
• To protect the forms against spam and abuse — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX)
• To publish your testimonial — your consent, given when you submit it

Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising. I will not add you to a newsletter without asking.

3. Who Your Data Is Shared With

Only with service providers needed to run the site and answer you:

• Website hosting — Locaweb (Brazil), where the site and its database are hosted
• ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., USA) — the CRM where requests sent through the site are recorded and followed up. ClickUp Privacy Policy
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC, USA) — protects the forms against bots. It collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Email provider — used to notify me of new messages and to reply to you

4. International Transfers

ClickUp and Google store and process data in the United States. These transfers take place under LGPD art. 33, based on your consent and on the contractual safeguards these providers offer. When you submit a form after accepting this policy, you agree to this transfer for the purposes above.

5. How Long We Keep It

• Requests that do not become a project: up to 2 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised
• Clients: for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records)
• You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see below)

6. Your Rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may request: confirmation that your data is processed; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who it is shared with; and withdrawal of your consent at any time. Just email danqueirozdev@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Cookies

The site uses a session cookie needed for it to work (security of forms, chosen language) and remembers where you came from during that session, as described above. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies to tell people and bots apart. No advertising cookies are used.

8. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted admin access, spam protection). No online transmission is 100% secure, so absolute safety cannot be guaranteed.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. The latest version will always be available on this page, with its date at the top.
